Bespoke Garment
The Process
What to expect once you've booked your made-to-measure appointment
Consultation
This can take place at your home, workplace, or other convenient location, at a time that suits you. Edward will discuss your requirements whilst getting to know you and your personal style. He will assist you in designing your garment, providing guidance on the many cloths and linings available. Once you have selected your cloth, you will be able to personalise your garment as you please, with different options for monogramming, pocket styles, cuff styles and lapel shapes. Finally, your measurements will be taken.
Fabrics
The choice is yours
With some of the finest cloth mills in the world right on the doorstep, we offer an impressive collection sourced from renowned cloth merchants such as Scabal, Standeven, Holland & Sherry and Bateman & Ogden, Fox Brothers to name just a few. With thousands of fabrics to choose from, you are sure to find the perfect complement for your taste and style.
Personalisation
The options are endless with a true bespoke
This is where you can truly make the garment individual. From lining choices to working cuffs there are many options for customisation. Why not add your name, wedding date, or other text to the undercollar in a colour to compliment the jacket lining or the wedding colour theme.
The Fitting
A key part of the bespoke process
A fitting will be arranged, allowing you to try on the garment before it is finished. Edward will mark up any further adjustments required to get the best fit for your physique. You will also be able to see the lining and material together, to get an idea of how the final product will look. The garment will then be taken by Edward for any final alterations before it is finished, pressed and prepared for delivery.
The Finished Garment
Pressed, packed and ready for you
The finished product will be delivered to you in person to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit of your bespoke garment.
